Orange Glazed Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 Medium Carrots (Peeled and sliced)
- 3 tablespoons Butter (Or Butter Substitute)
- 6oz TROP 50 Orange Juice
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar Substitute
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans or Walnuts
Directions
Step 1. | Melt butter in a sauce pan. Cook carrots in the butter of high heat for 1 minute. Add TROP 50, water, cinnamon, salt, and sugar substitute. |
Step 2. | Continue cooking over medium high heat until all the liquid is evaporated, about 10-15 minutes. |
Step 3. | Garnish with the nuts for extra spark of flavor, texture, and crunch. |
Each serving has approximately 11g Net Carbohydrates.
