Another classic brownie recipe, except this version uses walnuts. We are sure you will be pleased with this “Blond” brownie recipe!
Walnut “Blonde” Brownie Recipe
||1 hour, 50 minutes|
- 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
- 3 tablespoons Canola Oil
- pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cups Whole Grain Flour
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
||Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |
||Combine butter, oil, water and stevia powder in a saucepan and melt. Allow to cool completely. |
||Combine Step 1 ingredients with eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Next, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Once batter is mixed well, combine with walnuts. |
||Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan. |
||Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool. Baking time can fluctuate, make sure you do not allow to over bake. |
Cut into 20 brownies and serve. Yummy!
