Diabetic Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Large Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 Large Cucumber (Chopped)
- 1 cup Redo Onion (Chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper Sauce (Mild)
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
Directions
Step 1. | Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. |
Step 2. | Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at 2 hours, if not longer. Not only do you want to serve thus soup cold, you want to give the flavors a chance to combine. |
Step 3. | Add some small diced cucumbers and parsley to garnish if you wish. |
