Ingredients
- 4 cups Pears (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons Margarine (Low Sodium)
Directions
Step 1. | Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit |
Step 2. | First, combine the peaches, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla. |
Step 3. | Next, in a different bowl, combine the oatmeal, flour, and remaining cinnamon. Fold in the margarine. You want this mix to be crumbly. |
Step 4. | Spread the peach mix evenly along the bottom of an oven safe baking dish. Spread the second bowl of ingredients evenly on top of the peaches. |
