Cinnamon Café au Lait Recipe

Starbucks look out! This café au lait recipe is low in carbs and still tastes great. Nice cocoa and cinnamon flavoring combine for a sophisticated taste that you can do right at home.

Cinnamon Café au Lait Recipe

Serves 4
Cook time 15 minutes


  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 packet Artificial Sweetener
  • sprinkle Cinnamon
  • 4 cups Coffee


Step 1. Heat milk, stop short of boiling it. Add the cocoa Powder and sweetener. Mix well. Add about a ¼ cup of the milk mix to each coffee cup and sprinkle some of the cinnamon on top. Now serve and pretend you are in Paris!
