Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
- 0.25oz Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 teaspoon Cinnnamon
- 1/4 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 15oz Pumpkin Puree (One Pie)
- 1 cup Nonfat Instant Dry Milk
- 1/3 cup Boiling Water
Directions
Step 1. | In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, BUT the pumpkin puree. Mix well and let stand for several minutes when done. |
Step 2. | Next, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture begins to thicken. Should be about 10 minutes. |
Step 3. | Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree. Pour mixture into Keebler 9 inch Low Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust. |
Step 4. | You need to chill this pie, for about 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
