Baked Cabbage Recipe

Baked cabbage recipe? I never would have thought this was any good, but it is! This is a great low fat diabetic side dish that is super easy to make.

Baked Cabbage Recipe

Serves 4

Cook time 30 minutes
Total time 40 minutes


  • 6 cups Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey


Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2. Put all of the ingredients in a baking dish and stir lightly to mix.
Step 3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
