Diabetic Baked Custard Recipe

- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Non-Fat Egg Substitute
|Step 1.||Pre heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.|
|Step 2.||Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.|
|Step 3.||Pour mix into 4 equal oven ready custard dishes.|
|Step 4.||Put the four custard dishes in a brownie baking pan. Fill the brownie pan with hot water up to the same level as the custard mix.|
|Step 5.||Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes. You need to keep an eye on this during baking. You want the center of the custard to be firm. This is when you know it will be done.|
