Diabetic Baked Custard Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Non-Fat Egg Substitute
Directions
Step 1. | Pre heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. |
Step 2. | Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. |
Step 3. | Pour mix into 4 equal oven ready custard dishes. |
Step 4. | Put the four custard dishes in a brownie baking pan. Fill the brownie pan with hot water up to the same level as the custard mix. |
Step 5. | Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes. You need to keep an eye on this during baking. You want the center of the custard to be firm. This is when you know it will be done. |
