Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bulgar (Dry)
- 3 medium slices Tomatoes (Diced)
- 1 Large Green Pepper (Diced)
- 1 medium slice Onion (Diced)
- 1 Medium Cucumber (Diced)
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1. | Budget one hour to soak the cracked wheat in 2 cups of cold water. Meanwhile, dice all of the vegetables. |
Step 2. | When cracked wheat is ready, combine with the vegetables and all other ingredients. Toss the salad and chill for approximately an hour. You should serve this chilled. |
