- 1/2 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Celery (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Corn (No Salt Added)
- 1 tablespoon Margarine
- 2 cups Rice (Cooked)
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Step 1. | Cook the margarine, carrots, corn, broccoli onion and celery in a large non-stick skillet. You want the veggies to be tender, but not too soft. |
Step 2. | Add the rice and salt and cook until the entire mix is heated throughout. |
