Healthier Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1lb Potatoes
- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
Directions
Step 1. | Peel and dice the potatoes. Put in a pot of water and bring to boil. Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Drain water. |
Step 2. | Cook remaining ingredients in a separate pan on low heat for about 25 minutes. You want the garlic to be soft. |
Step 3. | Add sauce to the potato pot and smash with a potato smasher until smooth. You can use an electronic mixer if you prefer for an even smoother consistency. |
