Cook time | 1 hour |
Total time | 1 hour, 10 minutes |
Ingredients
- 2 cups Carrots (Shredded)
- 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (Low Fat)
- 1/4 cup Raisins
Directions
Step 1. | Shred the carrots, if you didn’t buy them already shredded. Next mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure the carrots and raisins get thoroughly coated. |
Step 2. | Chill for approximately one hour, then serve. |
Step 3. | Note: If you buy the carrots pre-shredded, you may want to soak them in cold water for several hours, as pre-shredded carrots are often dried out and have lost turgor pressure. |
