Indian food has a reputation of being hard to make. Well, not so, with this Indian chicken recipe that is also diabetic friendly. Exotic mix of common spices will have this being a weekly menu item. Don’t be surprised if have a desire to visit the Taj Mahal after eating this great dish.
Indian Chicken Recipe
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt (Non-Fat)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Root (Minced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 16oz Chicken Breast (Four 4 oz. breasts)
||Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the chicken. Mix well. |
||Marinate the chicken in the sauce in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Try and turn the chicken periodically to get an even marinade. |
||Cook on a grill on low heat for approximately 10-12 minutes a side, or until cook throughout. |
